Manicure & Pedicure

Diploma: THE SCOTTISH BEAUTY SCHOOL BABTAC CERTIFIED
This is a wonderfully relaxing treatment that you will find in any first class beauty salon. It is also a popular treatment that can be carried out by a mobile technician. You will be instructed on the practical aspect and relevant theory including the anatomy and physiology of the hands and feet. You will also be taught to give a relaxing hand, arm, foot and leg massage. We will cover product knowledge and learning to retail products in the Sparitual range of products You will be taught how to perform the perfect polish application and French Manicure polish
You will be required to complete the theory and practical session successfully to receive your Manicure & Pedicure Diploma. Any student failing to reach the standard pass will receive extra tuition free of charge to assist them to complete their diploma.
The above course can be covered on an evening basis. This course is BABTAC recognised and you can obtain full insurance coverage on successful completion.
SVQ / NVQ MANICURE / PEDICURE LEVEL 2
Course Fees: £250.00 + VAT
Students on successful completion of the above course if they wish can then apply to complete the Manicure Pedicure SVQ / NVQ level 2 unit. This will require in house assessment / home study / case histories and the completion of your portfolio / assessment and verification. You will also be required to complete:
- Unit M2 / Support health safety & security in the work place
- Unit M74 / Support employment standards Both units are assessed by external exam
