Body Massage Course | Glasgow
This Body Massage course is for those interested in the therapy of massage and wishing to gain an SQA HND Unit in Body Massage. A qualification in Anatomy and Physiology is necessary, but both qualifications can be studied together.
On our body massage course in Glasgow, you will learn through massage how you can ease client muscle tension, stiffness, improve muscle tone, increase flexibility, posture and body alignment, induce relaxation and stress relief. Underpinning knowledge of the contraindications and effects of massage is covered. Progression from this unit would be Indian Head Massage and Hot Stone Therapy. A Diploma in Massage Therapies would allow you complete all three subjects.
